An Exciting Close to the 2022 Outagamie Speedway Season
With 2 points nights remaining in the Outagamie Speedway presented by Klink Equipment, Elite Coatings Inc & Kunes Destination RV, the points battles are still up for grabs.
Friday August 26th is $700 to win for the Gandrud Chevrolet Performance IMCA Northern Sport Mods. It will be a draw/redraw show, and with a pair of points nights left, could be very instrumental in the points battle. Hortonville’s Ryan Schmidt has a slim 6 point lead over Cory Kemkes of Appleton, and 11 markers over Jeff Schmuhl of Fall River.
In the Trailer Express LLC Unified Street Stocks, James Fletcher of Beaver Dam is attempting to become a repeat champion, holding a 4 point lead over Manitowoc’s Brooke Diefenthaler, and a 7 point margin over Beau Schroeder of Bonduel. With two weeks remaining, it is going to be a fight right to the wire for these competitors.
Kyle Frederick of Oconto Falls is holding a 13 point lead over Manitowoc’s Brett Wenzel in the Baileigh Industrial IMCA Stock Cars, while Josh Mroczkowski of Krakow is 16 points back. No lead is safe in the “division to tough to tame” as the ultra-competitive drivers that show up week after week could shake up this battle at a moments notice.
The Professional Plating Inc IMCA Modifieds are being paced by rookie Jayden Schmidt of Seymour holding a 15 point lead over Appleton’s Cody Schroeder, and 19 points over Brian Mullen of Seymour. This is a battle that could come right down to championship night on September 2nd as this is another division that brings in the hottest IMCA Modified drivers in the state.
In the Midwest Equipment Dock and Lift Services IMCA Sport Compacts, Kaukauna’s Thomas Schulte and David Cox of Seymour will continue their season long battle at the top of the leaderboard for the final two weeks to see who will hold the big trophy at the end of the season.
After the Champions have been determined, Outagamie Speedway will have 2 shows remaining, both SATURDAY shows, showcasing the drivers as the battle it out for extended purses.

It is going to be a 6 division show, with the Unified Grand Nationals joining the IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Sport Mods, Sport Compacts & Unified Street Stocks.
