OLD GLORY HONOR FLIGHT Night at the Races
Outagamie Speedway presented by Klink Equipment is honored to present a Salute to Veterans
OLD GLORY HONOR FLIGHT Night at the Races, an evening of Honor and Excitement
Old Glory Honor Flight is dedicated to honoring local war veterans one mission at a time, by flying WWII, Korean and Vietnam war veterans to Washington DC on a one-day trip to see & experience the memorials built in their honor, for free. All veterans attending this night will receive free admission.
Outagamie Speedway is working together with Old Glory Honor Flight to help support their mission of providing for these veterans. There will be books & merchandise available under the grandstand, and the ability to sign veterans up for flights. All proceeds will go to Old Glory Honor Flight.
Starting today, Mike’s Video will be selling memorial decals that can be purchased by fans. Mike will put the name of a veteran of your choice on the decal, and will place the decal on the car of the driver you choose. Mike will then take photos of each car and driver participating in the decal program and produce a video. All proceeds will be donated to Old Glory Honor Flight. All veterans may sign up to be a part of the National Anthem procession on this evening also. We will have an open vehicle with seats where they will be seated during the procession. All veterans that would like to be a part of it, please contact us through messenger, or email outagamiespeedway@gmail.com to get signed up.
We will have short ceremonies before and after the anthem as well, with participants from local veteran organizations as well as Seymour High School
And to end the evening, there will be a short fireworks show.
